Nonfiction: Memoir

Before we are asked to recall and then reimagine our lives, the authors model the process by opening up with their own stories in the most honest, authentic manner. Our courage to look deeply into our own story comes easier when we see what happens when we become open, vulnerable and steadfast. I am thrilled to see how changing the narrative I tell about myself changes my life story. What a powerful process this is.
